John Pecchia
I am the owner of Welcome Home Productions, a full-service real estate company. I have been working as a Realtor, Property Manager, and home improvement expert for over 10 years, making me an asset to my real estate clients as they buy, sell, and rent out their homes. I prioritize relationships in order to understand the needs and wants of my clients and prefer to do business with friends. Karin Pecchia
It all started with a leopard print comforter that I knew I wanted before I even saw it. I was about to enter my freshman year of college and the thing I was most fixated on was decorating my future bedroom (and definitely not the biology class I ended up failing…TWICE). While my taste in animal print has progressed (meaning, I wear it more often than use it as décor), my love for designing spaces remains unchanged. Since marrying John almost 15 years ago, I have had the JOY of designing and decorating our many houses and rentals as well as assisting many of our real estate clients with their staging needs. John and I have had so much fun working together to meet the needs of our clients with our combination of skills and love for building relationships. We consider ourselves a full-service real estate company because we value home as so much more than just the place you lay your head at night.
When we aren’t working (and sometimes when we are), we are hanging with our kiddos, Jemma (11) and Ruby (8), both of whom are already showing the relational and entrepreneurial qualities that define our family and our business.
Kate Smalkoski
I started my real-estate career with Welcome Home Productions back in 2013, and after taking a year to learn all that Keller Williams has to offer, I’m back HOME!
In addition to specializing in new construction, I work the entire Twin Cities metro area with both buyers and sellers and have experience with short sales and foreclosures. My clients come first as I am passionate about helping to educate first-time home buyers as we walk through the home-buying process together.
When I’m not walking through homes, I’m a mother to two wonderful children, Alexis (9) and Paxton (7). I enjoy volunteering and escaping with my husband of ten years, Jake, and our family to our cabin in Ely. I cannot forget to mention the last member of our family, Miss Leia, our Goldendoodle, who is two years old and full of love and spunk.
Debi Spadino
Hi! I am Debi from Switzerland, and whether it’s watches, chocolate, banking or real estate, excellence is what we are known for. I can honestly assure you that I will take care of your real-estate needs with great precision and efficiency.

Sam McCullough
I have been involved with real estate in one way or another for more than a decade, from working as a property manager to performing EPA compliance inspections for real-estate developers. I have had the privilege of having a hands-on experience with the many facets that make up the industry. Transitioning into the role of a realtor has been fantastic, and being able to invest my experience to provide clients with a well-rounded, stress-free transaction is my aim.
I strive to really get to know everyone I work with, and not just their real-estate interests, but who they are as people in order to build an ongoing and fruitful relationship. Jennifer Reed
After working as a magazine editor and pastry chef, I landed at Welcome Home Productions in 2016. Since immersing myself in the business, I decided to broaden my real-estate horizons and become licensed! Now you can find me assisting John and Karin with contracts, office work, rentals, staging and listing prep, and I couldn’t be happier!
I spend most of my free time with my husband, Ben, our son Reuben and the family cats, Foxy and Blaze. I also enjoy music-inspired travel, cooking and reading most anything! I truly look forward to seeing my real-estate career bloom with Welcome Home Productions!
